Another email from School

I received the email below from my 'career office' this morning . Basically, the administrators at my school wants me and my family to assist them in achieving their goals - without monetary compensation. Yet over the course of almost three years I have paid them nearly $75,000.00 and the only responses I get for assistance is "you are smart, go figure it out for yourself".

Regarding the quote at the bottom of the email ("Actually, the world does need another lawyer"): While the world may need more lawyers, the world does not necessarily need to pay more lawyers.

Good morning!
I hope you enjoyed your break and the warm weather!  The Admissions Office is hosting our Admitted Student Open House this Some Day, Some Date from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  We are seeking a student-parent combo to serve on the Significant Other/Parent panel.  Panelists will talk to the parents and/or significant others of our admitted students and answer questions and provide tips/advice on helping support their law student.  If you and your mom and/or dad (figure) would be interested in participating, please contact Fake Name at: x@xxx.xxx.  You are welcome to join us for lunch from 12:15-1:15 and the panel will run from 1:15 to 2:00 p.m.
Thanks and have a great day!
